Please take notice of the speed limit 10 mph anywhere on the premises and particular care must be taken when in close proximity of the yard or horses. All gates must be left closed at all times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times anywhere on the property of BFEC.
No livery owners' dogs are allowed at BFEC unless agreed by management.
All livery owners to adhere to the BFEC worming programme for their horse.
All horses to be vaccinated against flu - before entry to BFEC, or vaccination card / passport to be checked before entry. Current copy to be held on file at BFEC.
All livery owners to be covered by public liability insurance (usually covered in your horse insurance). Copy to be held on file at BFEC.
BSI standard (or higher) hats must be worn at all times when riding. Riders ride at entirely their own risk. No bareback riding allowed at BFEC anywhere on the property, unless with a qualified instructor in the ménage.
The yard will be open from 07.00 am - 21.00 pm. Any other times to be agreed with our yard manager in advance.
THE TACK ROOM DOOR MUST BE KEPT SHUT & LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. Code will be advised. All livery owners - ménages and public areas MUST be left clear of droppings. Tools & bins are provided outside ménage gates.
Please ensure muck heap is forked for everyone's benefit. Fines will apply.
Livery owners are responsible to keep the area outside your own stable completely clear, as well as clean and tidy please, at all times.
If the plastic jumps or poles are used in the ménage, please put away after use. Please also put up jumps in the field if knocked down. (Red and white plastic poles & red poly blocks are FOC for use, any others will be charged. Any damage will be chargeable.)
Please respect and do not use other livery owner's tools, or belongings, etc. without prior permission.
All tools, belongings, etc, to be clearly marked with your name. All rugs, head collars, etc to have a tag on with horses name. We do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Children under the age of 16 must not be left at BFEC unsupervised. BFEC will not be held liable and take no responsibility whatsoever for any incidents or accidents. Please see last paragraph on page 2 of your agreement.
Invoices are from 1st of each month, can be collected on 26th/27th of each month. Payment is due by 1st of month please. Late payment charge for admin. of £10 applies + 5% of total balance per day.
Anyone using unacceptable behaviour, or actions, including verbal misconduct, will be asked to leave BFEC. We reserve the right to terminate a contract at any time. The management's decision is final.
One months notice is required, should you decide you wish to leave BFEC.
