Are you thinking about a career change or upgrading your current qualifications?
Why not come and train at Bury Farm? We have first class, state of the art facilities and coaches and horses.
Our experienced qualified coaches, led by Ernest Dillon FBHS are ready to take you from stage 1 right through to the BHSII exam and beyond.
Our horses range from quiet, easy and reliable novice/intermediate rides up to school master dressage and show jumping horses.
The set courses include three month intensive AI courses, six and nine month part time and working pupil twelve month full time courses.
Bury Farm run a variety of courses covering all aspects of training for BHS stages I. II. III & PTT. Training for all other exams can be tailored to individual needs
Courses start the second week of March. Students will need to complete their thirty six week cycle in order to cover the entire syllabus.
During each course we cover every aspect of the relevant examination, lectures and practical sessions which are supported by student handouts, the aim being to familiarise students with the requirements of the BHS system.
These training courses are designed to support existing work experience and academic study, attending a day release course alone will not provide sufficient practical experience with which to gain certification.
Students with sufficient practical experience and a commitment to study will be able to use the course alone to prepare for the examination.
Students with limited access to practical application may benefit from completing the course twice at any level.
It is not a requirement of attending the course that students sit the examination, neither does attending the course guarantee a place in an examination. Students will be required to enter the exam themselves from a list which can be obtained from the BHS.
Short intensive courses can be run at any time to suit individuals.
Full time working students can be taken by arrangement.
